1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DARTender Labs ('The Company'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DARTender Labs regarding your access to and use of our enterprise software solutions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

Architectural Integrity
Our terms are built on the same foundations as our code: stability, security, and absolute transparency.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, codebases, proprietary algorithms, documentation, and visual interfaces provided through DARTender Labs are the exclusive property of The Company or its licensors.

3. Limitation of Liability
DARTender Labs provides software 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DARTender Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Notice of Exclusion
We do not guarantee 100% uptime, although our architectural redundancy targets 99.9% availability for mission-critical deployments.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputesarising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
